What the app accesses
With the account owner's explicit consent, Health Mirror reads health and fitness data from the Google Health API using read-only permissions: activity and fitness, health metrics, sleep, nutrition, exercise location, profile and settings.
How the data is used
The data is copied to storage controlled by the account owner and used only for that person's own analysis and visualisation. Health Mirror is a single-user tool; the only person whose data it accesses is the person who signed in.
Sharing
Health Mirror does not sell, share or transfer the data to anyone, does not use it for advertising, and does not use it to train generalised AI or machine-learning models. Health Mirror's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and security
Access tokens and copied data are stored only on the owner's own devices or servers, with access limited to the owner. Nothing is stored by third parties on Health Mirror's behalf.
Revoking access and deleting data
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. After that, Health Mirror can no longer read any data. Copied data is deleted by removing it from the owner's storage.
